Vocabulary

 1. analyze- to separate (a material or abstract entity) into constituent parts or elements
2. image-a physical likeness or representation of a person, animal, or thing, photographed, painted, sculptured, or otherwise made visible.
3. absolute value- Also called numerical value. the magnitude of a quantity, irrespective of sign; the distance of a quantity from zero.
4. athleticsism- physical and active, also good at sports ( an athletic child )
5. integer- (mathmatics) a postive or negitive nuber examples: 1,2 ,3 or 0
6. vertex- the highest point of something
7. hyperextension- the extension of a part of the body beyond normal limits.
8. additive inverse- the number in the set of real numbers that when added to a given number will yield zero.
9. degree- any of a series of steps or stages, as in a process or course of action; a point in any scale.
10.ROM- range of motion.
11.Complementary Angle- either of two angles that added together produce an angle of 90°.
12.Supplementary Angle- either of two angles that added together produce an angle of 180°.
13.Projectile- impelling or driving forward, as a force.
14.Launcher- a person or thing that launches.
15.Goniometer- an instrument for measuring solid angles, as of crystals.
16.Flexibility- capable of being bent, usually without breaking; easily bent: a flexible ruler.
17.Acute Angle- An angle whose measure is between 0° and 90°. Compare obtuse angle.
18.Obtuse Angle- an angle greater than 90° but less than 180°.
19.Right Angle- the angle formed by two radii of a circle that are drawn to the extremities of an arc equal to one quarter of the circle; the angle formed by two perpendicular lines that intersect; an angle of 90°.
20.Straight Angle- the angle formed by two radii of a circle that are drawn to the extremities of an arc equal to one half of the circle; an angle of 180.
